We had a neat time when about thirty students came from all parts of the world to visit our school. They were here to plant trees and mix with the kids at our school. We three students talk to our class. Irene and Jessica came from Florida and Sam came from England. They each had accents when they spoke. We loved having them visit. In the afternoon they played basketball and soccer against the older kids in the school.
The trees they planted are growing well. Perhaps they can come back one day and see the beautiful New Zealand native bush.

Miss Richter and Mrs Thompson are great at leading us with the big kids from the school. We are lucky we have the dome to dance under.

Creating Mailboxes

We all got creative and designed and made mailboxes for our bedrooms. They needed to be strong and represent something that they were interested in. We have got everything from flower letterboxes all the way through to soccer balls and horses. Look how clever we are.
